Sweet plantain lasagna

These is a tropical twist to the classic lasagna.

The trick, sweet plantain.

If you are short on time or just can’t find them, you can use the frozen ones.

After ready just mash them and add a layer between each layer of the lasagna.

This should work with any lasagna. We prefer making the plaintain in the oven instead of fried.
