I encourage you to make this, as this dish will be loved by everyone. Moderate difficulty level and lots of fun to make.
Kefir- 1 cup.
Sour cream – 1 cup.
Butter- 100 g. melted.
Sugar- 1 teaspoon.
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon.
Bicarbonate soda- 1/2 teaspoon.
Flour- 5-6 cups, or as much as it takes.
For the stuffing:
Haloumi- 250g, grated.
Feta- 250 g. grated.
Chives, parsley, cilantro, dill- 1/2 cup each, chopped.
Sour cream- 1/2 cup.
Butter- softened, 2 tablespoons, plus more for spreading on cooked breads.
Mix kefir, sour cream and butter, add salt, sugar and soda, mix thoroughly. Add flour, and knead a dough for 5-10 minuets.( you are most welcome to use electronic equipment)
Divide the dough on 6-8 pieces , form each piece into a ball and set aside.
Mix all your stuffing ingredients.
