This is the most popular dish in my house, especially if i have guests over. They fly like lightening, everyone loves them. They do take a bit of time to prepare and great consumed both hot and cold. Choice of the beef is very critical part of the dish, you will need to get a beef fillet. Also, non stick frying pan is preferred. They can be made with pork, but i don’t eat pork, and i think with beef they are much juicier and tastier.

I do not use any flour, i believe it adds unnecessary heaviness to the meat, and brief marination with garlic and seasoning is a must. I adore garlic, i add it everywhere possible.)))

My mother thought me, how to make this dish, before she became vegetarian, that means i was around 10…
