Lentils, Lentils and more Lentils… they are delicious, yummy, a rich source of protein, fibre, iron, folate, easy to digest and easy to cook, the hard things is to decide what you are going to do with them since there are so versatile.. today I decided to do Lentil burgers, hope you enjoy..

Don’t get intimidated because they are really easy to prepare 🙂

  • 350g/400g  brown lentils (cooked and rinsed) or canned lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • fresh coriander to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp black cumin
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp quick-cooking oats
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 medium /big sun-dried tomatoes
